October SOTM Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stamp of the Month Blog Hop. You may have found your way here from Wanda Riley's Blog. I created a little crayon size gift box. The image is stamped in black Stazon onto a transparency sheet. The coloring in of the image is done using Copic markers. Add a little Mistletoe Pattered paper and there you have it!

September SOTM Blog Hop

Welcome to my blog and the CTMH Stamp of the Month hop! You may have found your way here from Krista Ritskes' blog.

The September SOTM is an adorable set for Halloween called 'Thriller". I thought a simple trick-or-treat bag would be perfect. There are 2 little "tricks" {haha - get it?}.

Trick #1: Create the matching ribbon using stamps from the set and Stazon ink.

Trick #2: Stamp skull image on white cardstock and again on a post-it note. Cut out the skull on the post-it and place over the first stamped image to create a mask. Using a foam tool and Gypsy Ink (one of the new yummy colors), pounce onto the cardstock. Remove post-it and see how the skull "pops".

Winter 2010 New Product Blog Hop

I know you are all anxious to see all the new products in the Winter 2010 Idea book. Welcome to the hop and a sneak peak of this products in action. You may have found your way here from Carla Ironside's blog.

My personal favorite are the new stamp colors. Here is a tag featuring Lagoon, Sky and Pacifica. The paper line is Magnifique and the stamp is from the My Acrylics set, Circle of Love.

Next is a simple card stamped with My Acrylics set Unity and accented with the new colors of Sparkles.

August Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

Welcome to the Blog Hop featuring the CTMH August Stamp of the Month, Something Spendid. You may have found you way here from Helen Onulak's Blog. My projects this month are for gift-wrapping ideas. The first box is a simple cube shaped box. My favorite part is the box top decorated with a large white bloom accented with the large leaves from the stamp set.

Project #2 is a simple Gable box. I love these boxes for those odd shaped gifts.

Friendship Card - CTMH Clear Cards!

I like to use both the clear sections and covered sections of the card. For this card, I covered up the bottom half of the card front so that the upper half of the card inside will show through.

Card Front:
Card Inside:

· Notice the stamped image on the card inside is positioned that it shows when the card is also closed.
· A little heart was added under the card front layer. You can’t see this heart on the front but it is a nice little decoration when the card is open.
· The fact that the lower half of the card front is covered, you can add a personal message to the lower half of the card inside.

Card Front (open) and Back:

· Notice the CTMH double sided paper shows through all sides of the card.
